Sometimes things don't go as planned... such is life! Some of us are very good at creating a plan and others are good at adjusting plans. Both are important especially when it comes to budgeting, which is your financial plan. I must admit, it took me a while to realize that it's okay to change the budget, it's not set in stone.

I've leaned that planning is much more important than just having a plan. So, when you make changes to your budget make sure you take some time to think about priorities and pay close attention to how the changes affect other areas in your budget.
