There are so many view points concerning credit in our American culture today. I know it seems you have to get a credit card to maneuver in society today, but that is false. According to industry research organization R.K. Hammer, credit card fee and interest income topped $163 billion in 2016. That means we are making these companies rich due to our lack of disciple or want of stuff. Either way, it seems we are glad to give credit card companies extra money in the form of interest payments to be able to say things such as I have a high credit score. But is it worth it?
